Job Overview:

Interact Global is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – HIT (MIPS Consultation) to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Healthcare IT, MIPS Consultation, US Healthcare Sales, Client Acquisition, and Business Development. The role requires someone who can manage international clients, develop new business opportunities, handle the complete sales cycle, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities in Healthcare IT and MIPS Consultation.
• Identify and approach potential healthcare clients in the US market.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HIT/MIPS solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, follow-ups, and CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities within the US healthcare market.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
• Previous experience in Healthcare IT, MIPS, Medical Billing, RCM, or US Healthcare is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare market will be an advantage.
• Ability to independently manage leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Experience working with CRM and sales pipeline management.
• Must be comfortable working on-site during the night shift.
